- Cooked grainy Penne4 cup
- grape tomatoes3/4 cup
- Sliced buffalo mozzarella1/3 cup
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Sliced Garlic1 tablespoon
- Sprig of fresh rosemary1 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a high non-stick skillet add the olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and rosemary leaves, season with salt and mix.
- Cook over low heat (so it doesn't burn), cover the skillet and stir a few times. Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add the already cooked penne and mix. Adjust the salt, add the buffalo mozzarella, stir and turn off the heat.
- Finish with the fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
