- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola Cheese50 g
- Milk300 ml
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cook the capeletti pasta and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the margarine, add the milk with the diluted cornstarch. Add the cream, salt and the gorgonzola. Let it thicken.
- In a refractory place the Capeletti dough, add the cream and cover with the Mozzarella. Add oregano to taste if you prefer. Place in the oven to melt the cheese.
