  • Flaked almonds30 g
  • Cheese capeletti250 g
  • Butter50 g
  • Thinly sliced or grated zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil0 to taste
  • Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt and Pepper0 to taste
  • Basil leaves0 to taste
  • Grated Fresh Parmesan100 g
  1. In a large skillet, brown the almonds and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions and set aside.
  3. In the frying pan, put a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the garlic and zucchini, stirring constantly (from 1 to 3 minutes), add the lemon juice and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Remove from the heat - add the pasta and mix well, then add the basil and almonds and finish with the parmesan. Serve next.
