  • Milk250 ml
  • Oil125 ml
  • Grated Cheese100 g
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Canned Sardines4 unit(s)
  • Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olives to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, grated cheese and salt, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Add the wheat flour little by little while beating. Finally, add the baking powder and beat quickly, just to mix.
  2. Spread all the dough in a greased and floured medium shape. On top of the pasta, spread all the sardines. Cover with a layer of sliced tomatoes and spread the cilantro, the olives and finish with the sliced onion, sprinkle with oregano, salt and the olive oil.
  3. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 to 40 minutes (depends on the power of your oven) or until golden.
