Organic Dry Yeast
Canned corn or sachet
1 coffee spoon
7 dessert spoon
Blend the corn with the canned water + 80 ml of milk in a blender
Remove from the blender, sieve and return to the blender and add the dry yeast along with this mixture, beat lightly
Then add the rest of the ingredients, except the flour.
After beating, pour the liquid into a bowl and gradually add flour, until the dough is uniform.
Knead well and put to rest, cover with a cloth.
After resting, take and shape into balls weighing up to 52 grams each.
Take it in a greased shape with margarine
Sprinkle cornmeal if you like over the buns and let rise for about 15 minutes.
Take it to the oven to bake.
