  • Calabrian sausage1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cheese100 g
  1. Process the pepperoni sausage and mix it with the cottage cheese
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and spread this pepperoni filling with cream cheese over the dough
  3. Roll up and cut into small rolls
  4. Line a baking dish with plenty of tomato sauce seasoned with salt and black pepper and arrange the rondeles, finish with cheese and oregano and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese is golden and the dough soft
