- Oil 150 mls1 cup
- Sugar 150 grams1 cup
- Wheat flour 450 grams3 cup
- Yeast20 g
- Orange juice (squeeze juice from natural orange)200 ml
- Candied fruit150 g
- apricot100 g
- Fractionated white chocolate150 g
- Mix all the cake ingredients in a blender for 0:03 minutes
- With the blender off, add the dried fruit and the apricot cut into small pieces.
- Mix gently. Pour the dough into a greased mold, put it in the oven to bake for approximately 00:40 minutes, oven at 180°C
- Once the cake is baked, wait to cool down and throw the melted white chocolate over the cake, decorate with dried fruits, cherry and apricot.
- Suggestion: Serve with a scoop of cream ice cream
