No liquidificador bata todos os ingredientes (farinha, açúcar, leite, ovos e sal) até obter uma massa lisa e mole, tipo massa de panqueca.


In the blender, beat all the ingredients (flour, sugar, milk, eggs and salt) until you get a smooth and soft dough, like pancake dough.



Unte uma frigideira com um pouco de óleo ou manteiga e leve ao fogo médio. Quando estiver quente, adicione uma concha de sopa com a massa e deixe fritar até ficar consistente nas beiradas. Vire, deixe dourar do outro lado e retire para um prato.


Grease a skillet with a little oil or butter and place over medium heat. When it's hot, add a ladleful of soup to the dough and let it fry until it's consistent around the edges. Flip, let brown on the other side and remove to a plate.
