Chopped semisweet chocolate (noble) – I used Harald Melken

unsalted butter

Eggs

Refined Sugar

Chocolate powder 50% cocoa

Brazil Nuts (You can substitute for another type of nuts, but using the same amount.)

Wheat Flour (Sifted)

Derreta no microondas o chocolate com a manteiga
aquecendo a cada 30 segundos para não queimar o chocolate,
Reserve.


Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave.
heating every 30 seconds so as not to burn the chocolate,
Reserve.


Bata o açúcar com os ovos até virar um creme branco.
Usei uma batedeira com o batedor de raquete, mas você poderá usar um fuê e bater à mão.


Beat the sugar with the eggs until it becomes a white cream.
I used an electric mixer with the racket beater, but you can use a whisk and beat by hand.


 Acrescente o chocolate em pó ao derretido com a manteiga e misture até incorporar, se necessário leve ao microondas por mais alguns segundos, adicione ao creme  batido.


 Add the chocolate powder to the melted with the butter and mix until incorporated, if necessary, microwave for a few more seconds, add to the beaten cream.


Junte a castanha do Pará ou outra se desejar tipo amendoim, castanha de cajú e também você pode usar um Mix de castanhas desde que use a mesma quantidade da receita, ou seja 100g!
Acrescente a farinha de trigo e incorpore tudo.


Add the Brazil nut or another if you want, like peanuts, cashew nuts and you can also use a Mix of nuts as long as you use the same amount of the recipe, ie 100g!
Add the wheat flour and incorporate everything.


5-Massa pronta!
Despeje em uma forma forrada com papel manteiga untado com margarina e polvilhado com chocolate em pó para essa receita usei uma forma retangular tamanho 22 x 35.


5-Dough ready!
Pour in a pan lined with parchment paper greased with margarine and sprinkled with chocolate powder for this recipe I used a rectangular pan size 22 x 35.


Asse em forno 180°pré aquecido após 20 minutos fique de olho no ponto.
Espete um palito no centro da forma, não sairá completamente limpo,esse é o ponto.


Bake in 180° preheated oven after 20 minutes keep an eye on the point.
Stick a toothpick in the center of the form, it won't come out completely clean, that's the point.


Essa receita rendeu 28 pedaços de 5x4, porém usando essa medida de forma!

This recipe yielded 28 pieces of 5x4, but using this measure!
