- Onion, chopped in half moon cut1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic / Unit(s): 4 cloves4 unit(s)
- Half-moon cut pepperoni1/2 unit(s)
- Bacon, chopped into medium strips / Unit(s): 1 thick slice1 unit(s)
- Brown rice / Unit(s): little cup that comes in the pan1 unit(s)
- Lentils / Unit(s): small cup that comes in the pan1 unit(s)
- Seasoning garlic and salt1/2 tablespoon
- Syrian Seasoning1 teaspoon
- Water / Unit(s): little cup that comes in the pan5 unit(s)
- Wash rice and lentils and set aside.
- In the electric pot, fry the pepperoni and bacon. If necessary, add fat or a drizzle of oil. Engage the pan lock twice. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the onion to the pan and fry it until it starts to get "soft"/"transparent". Engage the pan lock once. Reserve half the onion.
- Add the garlic to half the onion that was left in the pan and let it fry. Engage the pan lock once. If the pan does not allow the lock to be activated, fry only in the heat that is already in the pan.
- Add the rice, lentils, garlic and salt seasonings and Sirius and let it fry. Engage the pan lock once.
- Add the water. Engage the pan lock once.
- When the lock deactivates, check if it is necessary to adjust the salt and water.
- Add the bacon, pepperoni and half of the onion that were reserved and mix.
