  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Oil3/4 cup
  • Nescau1 cup
  • Milk250 ml
  • Yeast powder1 coffee spoon
  1. Whip the egg whites in a stand mixer until stiff.
  2. Add the egg yolks, one by one, and add the sugar. Slowly pour in the milk and oil, whisking constantly.
  3. Finally, gently incorporate the sifted flour with the chocolate powder and the baking powder.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured round shape 28 cm in diameter and bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes. Let it cool and cut it in half.
