  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Can of lukewarm water (I used the can of condensed milk to measure)1 can(s)
  • 1 can of oil (I used a can of condensed milk measuring)1 can(s)
  • Whole eggs4 unit(s)
  • Salt (pinch)1 to taste
  • Envelopes of dry yeast (for bread)2 unit(s)
  1. First, separate the wheat flour in a bowl and set aside;
  2. Put all the liquids and eggs in the blender and beat until the mass is homogeneous;
  3. Then add the salt and the biological yeast and beat quickly;
  4. Then put the blender mixture in the bowl with the wheat flour, and mix very well with a spatula;
  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and then with a dish towel, let it rest for 1 hour;
  6. In a loaf pan greased with oil and sprinkled with sugar, place the dough with the help of a spatula;
  7. Then I brush an egg yolk and put it in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 30 minutes.
  8. Ready, now just make that coffee and enjoy yourself 😋.
  9. Observation: Makes two loaves of bread using loaf pans.
