  • 2 cups of milk400 ml
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine50 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar20 g
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast10 g
  • 6 cups of all-purpose flour600 g
  • grated pepperoni sausage200 g
  • Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. In a bowl place the yeast, sugar, eggs, butter or margarine and mix a little to dissolve the yeast.
  2. Add the milk, pepperoni and mix.
  3. Add the wheat little by little while stirring. The dough should be homogeneous but sticky.
  4. Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with oil and add the dough by spoonfuls, filling the entire shape.
  5. Cover with plastic or cloth and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
  6. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until lightly golden. Help yourself
