- 2 cups of milk400 ml
- 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine50 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar20 g
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast10 g
- 6 cups of all-purpose flour600 g
- grated pepperoni sausage200 g
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- In a bowl place the yeast, sugar, eggs, butter or margarine and mix a little to dissolve the yeast.
- Add the milk, pepperoni and mix.
- Add the wheat little by little while stirring. The dough should be homogeneous but sticky.
- Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with oil and add the dough by spoonfuls, filling the entire shape.
- Cover with plastic or cloth and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes or until lightly golden. Help yourself
