  • Wheat Flour250 g
  • Biological Yeast Powder10 g
  • Sugar10 g
  • Green olives60 g
  • Salt5 g
  • Grated Cheese50 g
  • Margarine1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk Powder1/2 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  1. Put in a small bowl 30 grs. of wheat flour and biological yeast and two spoons of water. Mix well and let rest.
  2. In another bowl put the rest of the Wheat Flour, the sugar, the salt, the powdered milk, the margarine and the water. Mix well and let rest for 20 minutes.
  3. After the rest, mix the two doughs until the dough is very homogeneous. Finally, add the chopped olives and grated cheese and mix the dough well. The dough has to be soft and not sticky. If needed, you can add a little more flour.
  4. Let the dough rest for another 1 hour and then roll the dough like a bread and put it in a greased shape and pass an egg yolk on top of the dough. Take to bake for 20 minutes.
