- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour21/2 cup
- Organic Yeast15 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Gem (for brushing)1 unit(s)
- Milk (for brushing)2 tablespoon
- 🌟 In the blender, mix the egg, milk, yeast, butter, sugar and salt. Beat for 1 minute and a half. Then put everything in a container and add the wheat flour. Mix well with a wooden spoon. The dough will be soft, but that's the way it is. Place in a greased shape and let rise for approximately 30 minutes. 🌟To brush mix 1 yolk and a spoon of milk mixing well. Then bake until golden. Oven 180° C
