Wheat flour2 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Oil1 cup
Salt1 tablespoon
Ground beef1/5 kg
Seasonings to taste
Tomato sauce1 can(s)
Onion and garlic1/5 cup
Milk200 ml

Beat the wheat flour, eggs, oil, salt and milk in a blender.
In a skillet greased with oil, place a ladle of the dough, turn both sides when they are golden.
For the stuffing: sauté the onion and garlic, season the ground beef to taste and add the tomato sauce.
Stuff the pancake and close.
Bake in the oven covered with mozzarella until melted.
Sprinkle with potato straw and serve with white rice.
