  • Mozzarella cheese300 g
  • Lasagna pasta1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Water2 cup
  • Fine herbs to taste
  1. Bolognese sauce: Sauté the onion until golden, after adding the chopped garlic, saute until the garlic is fried and the ground meat is added, after it is well fried, add the chopped tomatoes and season to taste with fine herbs and salt, add 1 cup of water and let it cook until the Water. Reserve.
  2. White sauce: In a medium pan, sauté half an onion until golden, in a separate bowl, mix two tablespoons of wheat flour with a cup of water until dissolved, add this mixture to the pan (use a strainer to avoid clumping the sauce). a pinch of nutmeg and salt and fine herbs to taste, stir until thickened. Reserve.
  3. In a baking dish or oven-safe container, assemble the lasagna in the following order: white sauce/pasta/bolognese sauce/cheese/white sauce/pasta and continue until necessary. Finish with cheese. Place in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
