  • Medium onion01 unit(s)
  • Parsley, chives and olive oil to taste
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract01 can(s)
  • Beef broth02 unit(s)
  • Pre-cooked Lasagna200 g
  • Ham250 g
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • grated cheese to taste
  1. Saute onion and garlic in hot oil;
  2. Add the ground beef along with a cup of water and let it cook;
  3. Put the tomato paste, the oregano and approximately 1 and 1/2 liters of water,
  4. Let it cook for 10 minutes and turn off, add the parsley and chives, the sauce has to be very liquid;
  5. With a little of the sauce, line the bottom of a refractory;
  6. Alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, slices of ham and slices of mozzarella;
  7. The last layer should be mozzarella, finally sprinkle grated cheese; Place in the oven and leave until the mozzarella melts.
