Recipe
- Peel the potatoes and put them in a pan with water and salt to cook.
- Once they are soft, remove from the water and pass through a juicer while still hot.
- Add flour little by little and knead the dough.
- Pour on a floured surface, with your hands and make rolls, after cutting to a thickness of 2 cm
- In a pan with boiling water, place the gnocchi and wait for it to rise, for immediate withdrawal.
