  • Ground beef250 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

  1. Peel the potatoes and put them in a pan with water and salt to cook.
  2. Once they are soft, remove from the water and pass through a juicer while still hot.
  3. Add flour little by little and knead the dough.
  4. Pour on a floured surface, with your hands and make rolls, after cutting to a thickness of 2 cm
  5. In a pan with boiling water, place the gnocchi and wait for it to rise, for immediate withdrawal.

  8. Chop the onion, tomato and pepper, crush the garlic cloves and sauté together with the minced meat.
