- Boiled and Squeezed Potatoes1 kg
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Softened Butter2 teaspoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Mix everything together in a large bowl and then place in a clean, sturdy plastic bag.
- Put 1 liter of water to boil. Make a small cut in the bottom of the bag, squeeze and cut the balls and throw them into the boiling water
- When the balls reach the surface of the pan, remove them immediately so they don't soften too much.
- Serve with white, bolognese or chicken sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven until heated through.
