Ingredients

• Sugar | 4 tablespoon
• Wheat flour | 4 cup
• Eggs | 2 unit(s)
• lard | 4 tablespoon
• Salt | 1 coffee spoon
• Boiled and mashed Aimpim | 1/2 kg
• Bread Yeast | 1 tablespoon
• Milk | 1/2 cup

Recipe

1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
2. Mix the eggs, lard, mashed cassava, salt, sugar and wheat flour.
3. Knead the dough and let it rest until it rises, divide the dough into buns and bake in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes until baked and golden.
