- 1/2 cup olive oil100 ml
- 1 1/2 cup milk300 ml
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
- 1 packet of grated Parmesan cheese50 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- Ham to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Canned corn to taste
- Olive to taste
- Place the eggs, milk, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the wheat while beating, add the yeast and beat quickly just to mix.
- Grease a rectangular tray with oil and place half of the dough and over the dough add the stuffing in the following order: Slices of ham, cheese, cottage cheese, corn, olives and another layer of ham.
- Place the rest of the dough on top of the ham and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, arrange tomato slices and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 50 minutes. Help yourself.
