- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon

- Filling of your choice.1 to taste
- Beat the milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender.
- Add the wheat flour little by little
- When the dough is smooth and homogeneous, add the yeast and beat quickly just to incorporate.
- Place half of the dough on a greased baking sheet. Distribute the filling and finally the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a medium oven until golden.
