  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour | 3 cup
  • Parmesan | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Yeast | 1 teaspoon
  • Sardine | 3 can(s)
  • Onion | 1 to taste
  • Tomato | 2 to taste
  • Corn | 1 can(s)
  • Olive | 1 to taste
  • Garlic | 1 to taste
  • Olive oil or oil | 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley | 1 to taste


  1. First, beat the liquids, eggs, milk and oil in a blender.
  2. Then add the flour, parmesan and baking powder and beat some more.
  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and tomato, put the sardines, corn, olives and parsley, mix everything and stir until cooked.
  4. Grease the mold with oil and flour. Put half of the dough in the pan, then the stuffing and complement with the rest of the dough.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until golden.
