  • Black Rice500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Nuts100 g
  • apricot100 g
  • Pork Filet Mignon1 kg
  • Lemon Pepper1 to taste
  • Water2 l
  • Barbecue Sauce200 ml
  1. Sauté the onion with the oil
  2. With the sauteed onion, add the walnuts and the apricot to fry
  3. With the onion, walnuts and apricot sauteed, add the black rice and salt
  4. With the braised rice, add the water until it covers the rice and let it boil over low heat until the rice cooks, this takes about 40 minutes
  5. Season the Pork Filet Mignon cut into medallions with lemon pepper and salt
  6. In a frying pan, fry the medallions to the point you like and set aside.
  7. Return the medallions to the skillet and drizzle with the barbeuce sauce and a little water and let the sauce reduce and you can now serve with the rice
