  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • grated cheese1/2 cup
  • Corn (cob)500 g
  • Boiled quail eggs12 unit(s)
  • Olive1 cup
  • Bacon1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Chopped Mozzarella to taste
  • Shredded and Seasoned Chicken to taste
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  1. In a blender add the corn and milk and beat well then add the eggs the oil and beat again, then pour it into a refractory and add the wheat flour and stir well with the whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the seasonings of your preference to the dough, add the shredded chicken, salt, quail eggs already cooked, the bacon, the chopped mozzarella and olives and the grated cheese and mix well with a fuê, pour in a greased form and take it to the oven for 45 minutes then serve.
