  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Oil30 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Put the water, the beetroot, the sugar, the salt, the yeast and the egg in a blender.
  2. Pour in a biwll and add the wheat flour, until it is ready to knead.
  3. The dough is a little soft but malleable.
  4. If you need more flour, adding it little by little so it doesn't harden.
  5. Then let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
  6. After the time, remove and firm balls in desired size.
  7. Let it rest another half hour
  8. Brush egg yolk and put sesame
  9. Bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden
  10. Can be frozen if you want
