Ingredients
- Beans | 3/4 cup
- Water / until covered | 5/6 cup
- Salt/spoon | 1 tablespoon
- paprika / spoon | 1 dessert spoon
- Tomato/chopped | 1 unit(s)
- Onion / Piacda | 1 unit(s)
- Rice | 2/3 cup
- Beetroot/chopped | 1 unit(s)
- Carrot / Piacda | 1 unit(s)
- Salt/spoon | 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- for the beans I put the beans and water and let it cook for 15 minutes after getting pressure. After the pressure comes off, add the vegetables and seasonings, and leave for another 5 minutes. And that's it, just serve.
- For rice. Cook the rice with the beets and carrots, add salt to taste. And let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, and your rice is ready to serve.
