- Water3 cup
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth tablet2 unit(s)
- Arborio rice1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Dry white wine1 teaspoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Bring water to a boil and dissolve the vegetable stock cubes in it.
- Reserve the broth
- In a pan, put the olive oil and the onion, sauté over low heat until the onion is transparent.
- Add the rice and mix well
- Add wine and stir until dry.
- Take a ladle of vegetable broth and add it to the rice (stir so it doesn't stick to the bottom)
- When it is drying, repeat the process, for the rice to be very soft.
- Turn off the heat, add the parmesan, butter and pepper.
- Serve :)
