Ingredients

  • Boiled Baroa Potato | 150 g
  • Rice flour | 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet sprinkle | 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil | 2 dessert spoon
  • Butter | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the potato with the skin on in water for about 20 minutes. Wait for it to cool and knead until it forms a puree. In a bowl, mix the flour, the flour, the oil, the pepper and the salt and knead with your hands until a non-sticky dough forms. On a bench sprinkled with rice flour, shape the dough into strips. Cut the cubes and sauté in the skillet with the butter until golden.
  2. Add your favorite sauce. Tip: It goes very well with pesto sauce.
