- Mash the banana, then place it in a deep container, beat the 2 eggs together with the banana with a fork, then add the oats and cocoa.
Beat everything with a fork and then put it in the greased and non-adherent skillet, cover the skillet and turn after golden.
My tip is to make small pancakes, it's easier to turn.
And when you're done, you can sprinkle grated coconut over the pancakes.
