- In a pan, put 3/4 of the sugar and let it melt, put the hot water in the pan, let the syrup form and set aside. Place the eggs, sugar, milk and oil in a blender and blend. Add the wheat flour little by little, and beat well. Finally, add the baking powder. Grease the mold with margarine and wheat flour. Put the syrup in the mold and the sliced bananas, then pour the dough. Let it bake for 40 minutes.
