- Cooked rice4 cup
- Broccoli, cooked and in small pieces1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Grape or cherry tomatoes10 unit(s)
- Olives2 tablespoon
- Seasonings to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese2 cup
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- In a pan add the oil and fry the onion, put the broccoli, and the other ingredients mixing very well. Add the rice and stir very well, put the curd, mix and take it to a refractory. Arrange the rice and on top add the Parmesan cheese and sliced or grated mozzarella. You can garnish with tomato slices and broccoli (optional). Oven at 230° until all the cheeses are melted and golden to your liking. Serve hot and enjoy the taste!
