Baked kibe with cream cheese

  • kibe flour500 g
  • Ground beef (I used ground duckling twice)600 g
  • Medium and grated onion3 to taste
  • Chopped chili pepper3 to taste
  • Mint1 to taste
  • Salt, pepperoni to taste
  • Cream cheese (cream chesse)* tube1/2 kg
  • Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon
  • Water (moisturize the kibe flour)600 ml
  1. Soak the kibbeh flour in 600 ml of water. Leave to soak for 1 hour. Once hydrated, place the ground beef in the kibbeh flour. Onion, Peppermint and Peppermint (if you want, you can blend the mint and Peppermint in a blender with a little water, remember to remove all the liquid after blending). Mix all these ingredients well (with your hands)
  2. In a greased shape with butter or margarine. Put the kibe on the first layer In the second layer put the cream cheese (Cream cheese) On the third layer again put the kibe
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with salad and white rice
