- Wheat flour2 cup
- 300g of sour cream with whey1 can(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Shredded Boiled Chicken2 cup
- Chopped Olives1/2 cup
- 1 can of drained corn1 can(s)
- Culinary cottage cheese1 cup
- Chopped Salad1/2 cup
- 1 yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- Water1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, combine the cream, flour and salt. With your fingertips, mix until you get a homogeneous mass. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate (30 minutes).
- Mix the chicken, olives, corn, curd and parsley. Reserve.
- With a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut 7 cm diameter discs.
- Place a portion of filling on each disc of dough, fold in half into a half moon shape and close, pinching the edges with a fork.
- Beat the egg yolk with the water and brush the pastries.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (or until golden).
- Serve while still hot!
