  • Boiled and mashed cassava1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the manioc, the egg, the margarine, the Parmesan cheese and the salt. Add the wheat flour little by little until you get a firm dough. Make balls and place in a greased non-stick pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
