Lasagna pasta400 g
Cooked and shredded chicken breast600 g
Tomato sauce1.5 l
Chopped Bacon3/4 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese3 cup
Chopped Onion1/2 cup
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Green Spice1/2 cup
Sea Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

In a heated pan, brown the bacon until it releases the fat. Then add the onion and garlic and sauté.
Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chicken. Mix and let cook for about 5 minutes. Finish with the green seasoning.
On a platter put some of the chicken sauce on the bottom until it covers well.
Add a layer of pasta, a layer of chicken with sauce, then another layer of pasta.
Then add more chicken with sauce, 1 cup cheese, sauce and another layer of pasta.
Finish the last layer of lasagna with sauce and chicken and cover with the remaining cheese.
Take to preheated oven 220ºC to bake for about 30 minutes.
