- Lasagna pasta400 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast600 g
- Tomato sauce1.5 l
- Chopped Bacon3/4 cup
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese3 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Green Spice1/2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a heated pan, brown the bacon until it releases the fat. Then add the onion and garlic and sauté.
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chicken. Mix and let cook for about 5 minutes. Finish with the green seasoning.
- On a platter put some of the chicken sauce on the bottom until it covers well.
- Add a layer of pasta, a layer of chicken with sauce, then another layer of pasta.
- Then add more chicken with sauce, 1 cup cheese, sauce and another layer of pasta.
- Finish the last layer of lasagna with sauce and chicken and cover with the remaining cheese.
- Take to preheated oven 220ÂșC to bake for about 30 minutes.
