Em uma tigela coloque as 3 farinhas, o cacau em pó, o açúcar mascavo e o fermento biológico e misture bem.
Acrescente a água morna e mexa novamente.
Coloque o melado de cana, a manteiga e o sal e misture mais um pouco.
Transfira para uma bancada polvilhada com farinha de trigo
Sove por 15 minutos, a massa não pode ficar seca, então não coloque muita farinha de trigo
Transfira para a tigela e cubra com um pano
Deixe crescer por 40 minutos
Transfira para a bancada e divida em 3 pedaços iguais
Estique a massa, dobre e modele
Polvilhe fubá em uma assadeira
Acomode os pães deixando um espaço entre um e outro
