  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oil40 ml
  • Biological yeast10 g
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Milk200 ml
  1. Mix yeast with warm milk, eggs, sugar and oil.
  2. Stir well until the yeast dissolves, then add the wheat until the 500 gr is closed and the salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Soon after add more wheat and knead it well and let it rest for another 30 minutes and just open the discs and stuff.
