- Add the oil and garlic, and the beef broth. And let the meat cook to the point of breaking up the meat.
- After the meat is cooked, put the green tomato paste and let it boil (remembering that the meat has little broth.)
- While it boils, make the angu, mixing the water with the cornmeal with a pinch of salt.
- Let it cook for a long time until you get a creamy angu.
- Place the angu in a roasting pan while it is still hot, and on top of the meat sauce.
- Finally add the green smell..
