- Wheat Flour800 g
- Water400 ml
- Oil100 ml
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
- sausage500 g
- Ham500 g
- Mozzarella1 kg
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- In a bowl place the oil, sugar, salt, yeast and water, mix well until the yeast dissolves.
- add the flour little by little until you get a good consistency for kneading.
- Knead for about 10 min, until the dough is very smooth and coming off the hand.
- Let rest for 40 min.
- Then open the dough and fill the way you prefer.
- Cut into the size you want, brush an egg yolk over the salted ones and let it rest for another 30 min and take it to the oven.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
