- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Baking powder2 teaspoon
- Beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- In a refractory mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
- Make a hole in the middle and add the milk, egg and oil. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Heat a skillet and add a little oil. Make each pancake with approximately 1/4 cup of batter.
- Let brown on both sides and serve hot.
