Coloque o ovo e o leite em uma vasilha e misture. Acrescente o óleo, a farinha, o açúcar e sal misturando até ficar uma mistura homogênea. Por fim acrescente o fermento e misture bem.

Em uma frigideira antiaderente coloque uma concha pequena da massa no centro sem espalhar muito. Não é necessário mexer. Coloque na frigideira e deixe assar. Quando a massa começar a borbulhar, vire a panqueca com uma espátula até assar do outro lado. Cada panqueca assa por 1 minuto de cada lado em fogo médio.

Place the egg and milk in a bowl and mix. Add the oil, flour, sugar and salt mixing until you get a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the yeast and mix well.

In a non-stick frying pan, place a small ladle of the dough in the center without spreading too much. No need to move. Place in the skillet and let it cook. When the dough starts to bubble, flip the pancake with a spatula until the other side is cooked through. Bake each pancake for 1 minute on each side over medium heat.
