  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • vegetable fat500 g
  • Gems2 unit(s)
  • Stuffing - Olive Oil3 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
  • Almeirao (pack)3 unit(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Olive1/2 cup
  • Palm1/2 cup
  1. Mix the ingredients to the dough until it comes off the hands
  2. In a pan with oil, fry the garlic and onion
  3. Add the tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the almeirao, salt, pepper and olives and saute for another 10 minutes.
  5. With part of the madsa, line pie tins, place the cold stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
  6. Bring to a boil for 30 to 40 minutes
