unsalted butter1 tablespoon
Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
Sour cream1/2 cup
Whole milk1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese1/3 cup
Well-beaten egg yolk1 unit(s)
Chopped parsley leaves1 tablespoon

Cook the macaroni as directed on the package and drain well.
Let it rest.
In a pan, mix the butter, the crushed garlic and the cream and cook over medium heat.
Stir well until the ingredients are integrated without allowing the egg to cook.
If the sauce is too thick you can add a little more milk.
