  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 l
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs200 g
  1. Cook the cassava in water and salt, mash it well until it forms a puree. Gradually add butter until you get a homogeneous mass. In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and ground beef.
  2. Let the meat cook and add the tomato paste. Make a very dry stir-fry.
  3. Open the cassava dough in the palm of your hand, fill with the meat and close forming rolls. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil.
  4. Note: you can put whatever stuffing you want. Makes 8 cafeteria-size units.
