- Warm liquid milk1 cup
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Whole wheat flour500 g
- Organic dry yeast for bread1 unit(s)
- Seeds of your choice4 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in the wheat flour, finally the milk gradually until it is at the point that it unglued from your hands. Flour a bench and knead for 20 minutes. Place in a bowl covered with a clean, dry cloth and let rise in a warm place for approximately 20 minutes. Shape and let rest for 2 hours, whole wheat bread requires a longer time for dough to rise.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
- Tip: when taking it out of the oven, if you like the hard shell, let it cool uncovered, if you prefer soft shell, let it cool covered with a cloth.
