  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Warm liquid milk1 cup
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat flour500 g
  • Organic dry yeast for bread1 unit(s)
  • Seeds of your choice4 tablespoon
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the wheat flour, finally the milk gradually until it is at the point that it unglued from your hands. Flour a bench and knead for 20 minutes. Place in a bowl covered with a clean, dry cloth and let rise in a warm place for approximately 20 minutes. Shape and let rest for 2 hours, whole wheat bread requires a longer time for dough to rise.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Tip: when taking it out of the oven, if you like the hard shell, let it cool uncovered, if you prefer soft shell, let it cool covered with a cloth.
