  • Wheat flour | 500 g
  • Water | 350 ml
  • Salt | 10 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast | 5 g


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cloth, wet your hands and fold the dough over itself, from the outside in 10 times.
  4. Repeat this operation 4 times.
  5. Last time, let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  6. Shape the bread into a round shape and place in a floured iron or ceramic pan. Sift wheat flour and make the cuts as you wish.
  7. Preheat the oven for 20 min at 250 degrees.
  8. Bake for 25 min. with the lid and then another 20 min. (Or until golden) without the lid.
